  • How can I become a member?

    You can immediately become a registered member and start shopping by calling customer service or clicking on the "Log in" link in the top right corner of our main page and filling in the membership form.

  • Why should I become a member?

    If you are a member of Allday.com.tr;

    • You can quickly be informed of the status of your orders.
    • You can add items to your favourites.
    • After updating our stocks, you will be informed about your favourite product by e-mail.
  • Can I order without signing up?

    You can shop as a member from our online shopping site, which you can visit without a member, or you can shop with "Guest Login" without a member.

    For shopping through Guest Login:

    After you add the product you like from our site to your cart with the “Add to Cart" button, click on the “Go to Cart" button. After you select the "Complete Shopping" checkbox on the "My Cart" page, you can complete the shopping without our system member by selecting the "Continue as Guest" box on the opening page and filling in the required information.

  • I forgot my password; what should I do?

    If you have forgotten your password, click the link "Forgot your password?" in the login section and write the e-mail address you used when you became a member in the opening checkbox. An email will be sent to your e-mail address so that you can change your password. By clicking on the link, you can specify your new password. You can also change your password by calling our customer services.

  • How can I order?

    You can order online as a member of Allday or by calling our customer services.

  • How do I track the status of my order?

    Your order will pass the preparation phase within 24 hours and be sent by cargo. You can track your order with the cargo tracking number that will be given to you. If you cannot get the tracking number of your order, please contact us. We will give you the tracking number.

  • How many days will it take to receive my order?

    Your order will be delivered to cargo within 1 to 3 (usually 1) business days. It will be delivered to the cargo within 3 to 7 business days after the cargo receives delivery.

  • Which payment options can I use for shopping?

    You can pay your orders by  SOFORT, BANCONTACT, GIROPAY, QIWI, or credit/bank card.

  • Which shipping company do you work with?

    The orders you create from our internet store are delivered with UPS, Aramex, PTS, AFS TRANS, and DHL guarantees.

  • Do you have wholesale?

    You can visit toptan.allday.com.tr, or you can contact our wholesale store.

  • Do you ship abroad?

    Yes, we do. We offer international shipping with UPS, DHL, Aramex, AFS Trans, PTS, and Cdek Cargo. You will not pay any extra fees because we send the package of your order using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method.

    Please note that for the MENA region, if your order is over $250 and you choose the COD payment section, you should pre-pay via Western Union, etc. If you choose payment via credit/debit card, there will be no need for pre-payment.

     

  • How can I cancel my order?

    You can contact our customer services. They will help you with cancellations and refund.

  • How can I change my order?

    There is no right to change for abroad.

  • What are the products that are not accepted for return?

    There are no returns for abroad.

  • Can I order with Cash on Delivery?

    For the MENA region (Bahreyn, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia), there is only the "Cash On Delivery" payment method. The COD orders are sent with ARAMEX.

  • Where can I get information about the campaigns?

    You can subscribe to our newsletter for information on our campaigns, new products and trends.

  • I am having a problem with your site. Who can I report to?

  • Can I return my order?

    There is no right to return from abroad.

  • What is the shipping fee?

    When you arrive at the payment stage for each order, the shipping fee will be calculated according to the country and city selected.

  • Do you have a store?

    We have stores only in Turkey.

  • Do you have a store outside Istanbul?

    We do not have a store outside Istanbul.

  • How can i use gift voucher?

    For now, gift vouchers are not available for abroad.

  • How many days can I return the evening dress I bought?

    Returns and exchanges for our evening dress products are not valid for abroad.
