Allday ships your orders via AFS TRANSPORT, DHL, UPS, PTS, CDEK  and ARAMEX shipping companies.

Credit Card, SOFORT, BanContact, Giropay and İdeal are payment options for abroad orders. Also, you can see the shipping amount by selecting the country on the basket page. Your basket amount is calculated using the current exchange rate on the day of your order.

There is no right to return or change for abroad.

We will send your order package using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. 

Due to different customs and tax practices, free shipping limits vary according to your delivery country. 

Please note that for the MENA region, If your order is over $250 and you choose the COD payment section, you should pre-pay via Western Union, etc. If you choose payment via credit/debit card, there will be no need for pre-payment.

Important Notes;

• For orders with cash on delivery over $250, a part of the payment must be transferred with Western Union, etc. It must be sent with the information to be transmitted by our customer service via systems.
• For orders over $400 with a delivery address in the UAE, Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen, or Oman, your order will be sent in two or three pieces due to country customs rules.
• If the total amount of your orders to Saudi Arabian delivery addresses is over $260, your order will be sent in 2 or 3 packages in accordance with customs rules.
• For orders with a Jordan delivery address, the country customs requires your ID number. For this reason, our customer service will request your ID number from you.
