How do I track the status of my order?

Your order will pass the preparation phase within 24 hours and be sent by cargo. You can track your order with the cargo tracking number that will be given to you. If you do not get a tracking number, please message us via WhatsApp.

How many days will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be delivered to cargo within 1 to 3 (usually 1) workdays. After the cargo receives your order, it will be delivered within 5 to 10 workdays.

Which payment options can I use for shopping?
You can pay your orders using PAYPAL, SOFORT, GIROPAY, IDEAL, BANCONTACT, CREDIT CARD, and COD methods.

Which shipping company do you work with?

Do I have to pay customs fees?
No, you will not pay customs fees. We send the package of your order using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method.
